17 & 18th April 2018, Cairo, Egypt

Cairo - What's on?

Cairo, Egypt’s sprawling and bustling capital, is set on the Nile River. With approximately 15 million residents, it’s Africa’s biggest city.

At the heart of Cairo is Tahrir Square and the vast Egyptian Museum, a trove of antiquities including royal mummies and gilded King Tutankhamun artefacts. Nearby is Giza, the site of the iconic pyramids and the Great Sphinx, dating to the 26th century BC. In Gezira Island’s leafy Zamalek district, you can find the 187m Cairo Tower which provides superb panoramic city views.

Whilst in Egypt, why not also visit Alexandria, the Red Sea, Luxor, the Western Desert and Mount Sinai to name but a few.
